To me, a high-bandwidth person is one who can rapidly intake information, synthesize it, and communicate efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who can do all three effectively, and even rarer to find someone who can maintain this pace consistently. Conversations with high-bandwidth individuals almost always teach you something new. Another way to describe them is that they often generate “the most good ideas per second,” which is invaluable, especially in investing.
